Business Analyst role available at Tibard

Tibard Limited are a group of companies specialising in providing high quality uniform to the hospitality sector. We are currently embarking on a period of growth and as such we are seeking a Business Analyst to focus on generating efficiencies in our business processes.

The Business Analyst will manage all improvement projects within the group, manage our outsourced IT partner and be the advocate for IT within the business. Expect to be involved in multiple areas of the business from providing 1st line onsite IT support to project management of a range of automations and integrations geared at driving efficiencies across our ERP system and Trading Platforms. Reporting will be a major component of the role with reports being required across multiple platforms such as Power BI and SQL.

Role Responsibilities

 Working collaboratively throughout projects, building relationships with business stakeholders.
 Development, test and business readiness teams to ensure smooth implementation.
 Operational design, process mapping, requirements gathering and working with technical teams to define the solution.
 Work with 3rd parties to understand and implement their solution.
 Management of our IT service partners and being the internal advocate for IT.
 Line management of a Platform Coordinator who is responsible for the administration of our online trading platforms and controller of product data across all systems and Sage 200.
 Producing a range of reports including Customer, Supplier and Internal trading for stakeholders across the business utilising our existing report tools and also utilising SQL database skills where applicable.

Experience and Skills

 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
 Specification writing and project management is required
 Advanced Excel experience is required with Macro experience desirable
 Microsoft BI or equivalent product knowledge is required
 SQL experience is desirable
 Basic IT technical skills and experience in 1st or 2nd Line support is desirable
 PRINCE2 or equivalent is desirable


 £28,000 to £35,00 dependant on experience
 Profit related pay bonus
 20 days holiday
