Thank you to all who took the time to complete our customer survey in February. We value the opinion of our customers very highly, and will be using every response to help us make effective decisions in the future in terms of meeting our customer requirements. 

Thank you to all who took the time to complete our customer survey in February. We value the opinion of our customers very highly, and will be using every response to help us make effective decisions in the future in terms of meeting our customer requirements.

The response we had from the survey was great, and included some satisfying feedback along with some helpful comments to help us improve and develop specific areas.

Although in general we had a really positive result regarding delivery, one of the common comments for improvement included delivery time. Since we carried out the survey, we have changed our carrier to DPD, highly regarded as the best in the business for parcel delivery. So hopefully some of those issues mentioned on the topic of delivery speed have already been improved.

We had a great response on the topics of customer service and value for money which was very satisfying, as these are two areas which we always aim to excel in.
