Tibard Limited are a group of companies specialising in providing high quality uniform to the hospitality sector. We are currently embarking on a period of online growth and as such we are seeking an ecommerce / data administrator to join our digital team. This is a new role and as such as fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to shape its direction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on the creation and management of several key data functions within the business – with the candidate eventually having full ownership of administration over our 4 Magento websites and Sage 200 ERP system. Tasks will include the creation and input of stock records, customer addresses and building Tibard Cloud Stores through our bespoke Magento system.
Key responsibilities:
- Creation and management of stock records with Magento and Sage 200
- Data input of addresses, supplier information, product sizes and colours
- Configuration of Tibard Cloud Stores for existing and new customers
- Collating and processing of product imagery
- Creation of product visuals for personalised garments
- Management of customer price books
- Act as the internal support function for Magento
Skills & experience:
- Microsoft Excel, pivot tables desirable
- Photoshop for image processing / resizing
- Ability to manage a complex workflow and prioritise tasks
- Experience managing multiple data sets

Salary: £14-16k
Hours: Mon – Thur 8.45 – 17.00 / Fri 8.45 – 15.45
