- Take M56 Eastbound
- Join M60 and go eastbound
- Leave Mway at junc. 23
- Left towards Ashton-under-Lyne
- Bear right onto the dual carriageway
- Right at the roundabout towards Hyde, passing Asda on your left
- Straight on passing two sets of lights.
- Go right at this and the next roundabout
- Turn left here onto Broadway
- Tibard House is located on the left-hand side with a car park in front of the building
Driving from M6 North (Heading South)
- Take M61 then M60 Eastbound
- Leave Mway at junc. 23
- Left towards Ashton-under-Lyne
- Bear right onto the dual carriageway
- Right at the roundabout towards Hyde, passing Asda on your left
- Straight on passing two sets of lights.
- Go right at this and the next roundabout
- Turn left here onto Broadway
- Tibard House is located on the left-hand side with a car park in front of the building
