Can I get a trade account with Tibard?
While we try to offer trade accounts to as many of our customers as possible, there are a couple of requirements that must be met.

Can you help our charity / event / show?
As a family run, British business, we try to help out our local community and charities as much as we can.
We often provide our chefs clothing to cook offs, auctions and charities. To see if we can help you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Do you have a store or factory shop?
If you happen to live locally or are in the area then we would love you to pop in and see us.
We do not have a shop at our facility in Tameside. You cannot order on the website for onsite pickup. However, if you give us a call we will certainly do our best to facilitate your needs as best we can.
Do you have a system for affiliates?
We have no formal system for dealing with affiliates.
However we are certainly interested in dealing with websites who wish to feature our products or link to us. Simply get in touch with us to find out more.

How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery fee is £4.95 + VAT regardless of the size and weight of your order.

Is all of your chefs clothing made in the UK?
Whilst we work hard to ensure all of our own products are made in the UK, sometimes our biggest lines are in such demand that this is not possible.
We therefore outsource manufacturing to our trusted partners in North Africa and Asia to ensure we can supply our popular stock products at short lead times.
What does made to order mean?
When we say made to order, we mean just that!
As we have a huge range of chefs clothing, available in multiple sizes, colors and styles, it is not possible to hold stock of them all. Therefore we manufacture these lines as and when we receive orders for them. This ensures that you still have the greatest range of chef jackets to choose from and that we can manage our stock more efficiently. The bonus is that all made to order items are UK made.
