Oliver Harvey produce a range of high-end chef jackets, varying from entry level to executive. What doesn’t change is the very high quality build and sustainable fabric used in every jacket, making them some of the finest chef’s attire around.
The Suffolk Jacket is one of Oliver Harvey's more distinctive, unique styles thanks to its wrap-collar, which has a soft curve to its capped stud button fastening; all the other studs are concealed to create a sleek and modern chef jacket. The design of the Suffolk jacket originates from the Oliver Harvey Cheshire jacket. The simple, clean lines of the Cheshire were used and developed, and coupled with the idea of the hidden studs, to produce the exceptional design of the Suffolk.
The concealed studs give the front of the jacket a clean and smooth, minimalist style which delivers the up-to-date, modern look effectively. The double-pen pocket, sewn onto the sleeve allow practicality, whilst the back darts added to this jacket enhance the overall shape and fit of the Suffolk, again showing its modern style.
The long sleeves on this Norfolk chef jacket only add to the contemporary look, whilst still being cool enough for those chefs who often work in particularly hot kitchens.
As with all other Oliver Harvey jackets, high quality recycled polycotton fabric is used to create the Suffolk. This gives it the base of a high end premium feel, along with boasting a durable, long-lasting jacket which is tested to be able to deal with commercial laundry, ensuring it will stand the test of time and the test of a harsh kitchen environment.
The addition of the distinctive Oliver Harvey red label finishes it off with a sense of class.
Do not bleach this chef jacket. You may dry clean this jacket with any solvent except Trichloroethylene. Machine wash - 65c. Iron carefully on a medium heat setting. Tumble dry on a normal heat setting.

Can you let me know the over length measurement, (particular to size 40 chest), please. Thank you
Answer
Hi Deborah,
Thank you for your enquiry.
The length from the centre back neck to hem for a size 40” Suffolk jacket should measure 74.8cm with a tolerance of +/-1.5cm.
There is a length grade on this jacket of 0.6cm per size. I.e. Size 42” jacket will be 0.6cm longer than a size 40” jacket and measure 75.4cm.
