We take a look at some of the key takeaways from the 2016 Tibard Customer Survey.

Every year, we ask our customers to share their thoughts on our products and services via our customer survey. This year has been our most detailed survey to date, and the response rate has been fantastic. Here are some of the key takeaways from this year's customer survey.

  1) Our customer service is strong but can be improved

With a score of 8.52, our strong level of customer service places us at the top of the industry. Many of our features, such as quick delivery, delivery tracking and swiftness of response are very popular with our customers. There is still more that we can do to continue to maintain and improve the first class service that we can offer, the introduction of best in class ordering systems such as Tibard Cloud is just one such innovation we are introducing in 2016 to add even more value to our customer servicing.

  2) You want more of the information that’s relevant to your industry

Tibard supplies uniform for a variety of different purposes, and therefore needs to be able to communicate with each sector on an individual basis. We are currently working on putting in place measures to better segment our communications, so that you only receive information that’s relevant to you, as well as all of the best offers.

  3) More detail needed online

One thing which will be improved this year is the quality of our product pages. We understand the need for more information on our products. Later this year, we will be redesigning the way we display product information, with a focus on user experience, clarity and improved visual content, granting you the power to make the best decisions when selecting the right uniform, and making it easier to identify the best product for each role or situation.

  4) Range expansion is key moving forward

The final takeaway from this year’s customer survey is a desire to see our ranges added to. Variety is the spice of life, and it’s clear that more of everything, particularly chef’s apparel and corporate wear, is on the tip of everyone’s tongue. We aim to offer the greatest range of choices and styles available to suit every budget, and as such we will always look to expand what we offer in order to give you the chance to create a uniform that stands out from the crowd.
