As we do for all our clients at the beginning of our business relationship with Czajka Care we first established what their customer needs were and talked them through the solutions we can offer to match them. For Czajka Care, the key needs were account management, ease of ordering, and price. Czajka Care was assigned a personal account manager who would communicate 1-2-1 with the organization and fully understand the client, this meant that any business process decisions were incredibly streamlined and well communicated. To create the simplest possible ordering process for the client, we created their own personal online store. Since each of their 6 sites has slightly different uniform needs, we were able to offer a customized product range for each site. This helped to stop employees from accidentally ordering uniforms that were intended for other sites. Using the online portal meant that orders did not have to be manually input on the Tibard side which has led to lower lead times on deliveries.

Since hygiene was a key factor for their product selection it was important that we supplied tunics that could be washed at high temperatures. One of the main products supplied to Czajka Care was the Ladies/Gents Classic Tunic which can be washed up to 65 degrees. Furthermore, it was crucial that the uniforms were made from durable materials so that they withstand many washes. Most of the tunics we have supplied have been made from a resilient polycotton blend meaning they are both comfortable and long-lasting.  Czajka Care was extremely impressed by the variety of uniform options we had to offer and the ease of service through their personal online portal. It was an honor for our company to supply an organization that offered such a high level of service through a very tough period for the healthcare sector.
