We are looking to recruit a field-based Customer Service Executive to work within our busy, friendly and expanding Workwear Rental Services Department.

We are looking to recruit a field-based Customer Service Executive to work within our busy, friendly and expanding Workwear Rental Services Department.

 

Duties will include but not exclusively:

 

  • Managing an existing and expanding portfolio of customers within a predetermined geographical area.
  • Dealing with existing customers by proactive and reactive scheduled visits, telephone and email.
  • Responding to customers’ issues, queries & complaints in the appropriate manner, ensuring the situations are resolved to the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Managing customers’ expectations and providing an excellent level of service at all times.
  • Managing your own diary in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Carrying out scheduled stock audits.
  • Effective and collaborative communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Installing, and managing new contracts and change over service agreements.
  • Creating the necessary information to facilitate timely installations & change overs.
  • Attending departmental meetings on an as & when required basis.
  • Supporting the office based central Customer Service department.
  • Initiating and compiling the information required for the office to raise the necessary orders for manufacturing / embroidery to process.
  • Any other administration duties deemed necessary to assist with the smooth & professional running of this very important and developing department.


As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

 

  • Full UK Driving Licence with sound geographical knowledge of Southern England (outside the M25)
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Can create and develop long term successful business relationships.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and have a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Excellent verbal, mathematical and written skills.
  • Possessing the ability to learn effectively and apply problem solving techniques.
  • An excellent organiser who is proactive can prioritise well and has an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience of using a CRM system (desirable)
  • Computer literate in MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 1700 however flexibility and willingness to work outside of these hours when necessary is required.
